Applications are invited from Indian Nationals belonging to following categories for the following posts in the Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) pay scale (Revised):

  1. Deputy General Manager (E-6) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.8700/-
  2. Chief Manager (E-5) : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 Grade Pay 8700/-
  3. Manager (Tech./ Legal) (E-4) : 05 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 7600/-
  4. Deputy Manager (Tech.) (E-3) : 05 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 6600/-
  5. Assistant Manager (Tech.) (E-2) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 6600/-?
  6. Sr. Engineer (Tech.) (E-1) : 08 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 5400/-
  7. Probationary Officer? : 12 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 Grade Pay 5400/-

PAY SCALE:

* E-1 (PO): Rs. 16400 – Rs. 40500

* E-1: Rs. 16400 – Rs. 40500

* E-2: Rs. 20600 – Rs. 46500

* E-3: Rs. 24900 – Rs. 50500

* E-4: Rs. 29100 – Rs. 54500

* E-5: Rs. 32900 – Rs. 58000

* E-6: Rs. 36600 – Rs. 62000

How To Apply:

1. Application form may be downloaded from MDL Website (Mentioned at the end of this advertisement as Format I for other than Probationary officers and Format II for Probationary Officers)
2. Applications must be in response to our advertisement. Advertisement Reference No. and Post applied for must be clearly mentioned on the application form.
3. Physically Handicapped General candidates belonging to the unreserved category can apply for the post of Senior Engineer PWD
4. Applications should be submitted strictly as per the prescribed format available on the MDL Website.
5. All instructions as given on the MDL website must be adhered to, failing which, the applicant will be disqualified for the post.
6. Name of the post applied for, should be super scribed on the envelope containing theapplication.
7. The application should contain self attested copy of the following
8. copy of proof of age,SSC or equivalent certificate,
9. Degree Certificate, Marks Sheets,
10. Caste certificate in the prescribed format as applicable
11. Relevant experience certificates.
12. One recent passport size photograph is to be pasted on the form and one extra photograph to be attached.
13. Applications must be forwarded through Postal/ Courier services only. Applications forwarded through any other means including by Fax, e-mail or hand delivery will not be entertained.
14. Processing Fee (Only for the post of Probationary Officer): OBC Candidates applying for the posts of Probationary Officer are required to pay a processing fee of Rs.250/- (non-refundable) by way of Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of Mazagon Dock Limited, payable at Mumbai. ST/PWD category candidates are exempted from payment of processing fee.
15. Applications complete in all respects must reach the Additional General Manager (HR-O), Mazagon Dock Limited, Dockyard Road, Mumbai 400 010 on or before 15.04.2011. MDL will not be responsible for any delay/loss in postal transit of any application or communication. Applications incomplete / unsigned or without relevant documents will not be considered. Candidates employed in PSU/Govt. and applying through proper channel should send an advance copy within the prescribed time limit.
